The 12", 18" and 24" sizes are 11/64" thick by 1 13/32" wide, and the 36" and 48" lengths are 7/32" thick by 2 13/32" wide. Their thickness allows them to stand on edge unsupported, leaving your hands free for measurement or tool adjustment. Finely finished, all are accurate to ±0.0002" (0.00001mm) per foot.
