The stainless steel plate handle and blade have a black PTFE coating. The handle scale on one side is made of light rams horn with a slightly wavy surface.

Classic plain design and shapes characterize this knife with handle scales on one side and the typical Laguiole blade and handle shapes as well as the "Bee" icon.
