The secret to scraping off an old finish is to use sharp tools. Old paint is abrasive and will quickly dull steel scrapers. You end up doing more sharpening than scraping. These carbide scrapers solve this problem.
The blades stay sharp many times longer than steel and are reversible for a second life. The flat scraper has a 50mm long blade and is excellent for scraping paint or dried glue from flat surfaces. The corner scraper has a 14mm square blade and will clear glue or paint from 90° corners. These scrapers are incredibly good value.
