Stabilised woods are completely impregnated with synthetic resin in a vacuum pressure process. The result is a stable and low-odour hybrid material. Stabilised wood is water-repellent, non-warping and can be used like normal wood. It is therefore the best choice for all situations where wood is exposed to tough conditions and warping is to be avoided. Weight and density correspond to tropical hardwoods.
