Description

Blades for Japanese Kitchen Knives
Triple-layered blade blanks with black forged skin and a cutting edge core layer of White Paper Steel. The blades are ground and hardened but must be polished and sharpened for use. Double bevel. Not rustproof. Hardness 61 HRC.
The tang is soft annealed. The blades are not rustproof. Supplied with processing instructions.
