Once the brass sleeve is glued inside the blank, the blanks are trimmed perpendicular to and perfectly flush with the ends of the insert sleeve. The reamer cleans the inside of the brass sleeve to remove any adhesive residues. The trimmer features replaceable carbide tipped cutters which cut effortlessly through a variety of materials such as wood, polyester, acrylic and more.
