Curly Gidgee is one of the hardest woods besides desert ironwood. The extremely delicate pattern gives the wood a unique appearance. It grows all over Australia. Due to the very long drying process, this wood is only collected as dead wood and is therefore very rare. Density 1100 kg/m3.
