Stock availability
As a speciality online retailer, we choose to support many artisan makers and manufacturers across the world. This means sometimes items have to be placed on back order. While we are able to fill 85% of orders from existing stock, some orders may be delayed. If you need your items by a certain date, please contact us to confirm availability.
Charging
Unlike most retailers, we do not automatically charge you at the time you place your order. We charge all orders manually and charge credit cards only on receipt of an order when we have stock on hand or expect stock soon. Charging for items with supply issues will occur only when we can ship.
